Anyone who has done electrical work knows that inspections and Sarpy County can be very frustrating. Mark took care of everything. I guess I did open the door. lol. Generators require dealing with multiple people. MUD, Plumber and the inspections. Mark took care of it all and kept me updated during the whole process. I could reach out to him anytime I had a question and he always responded even if after hours. He would explain things until I understood without getting frustrated. As people know the last few years it seems we loose power more and more. It’s happened twice this year and Mark and Aaron saved us both times. My mother is on oxygen so when we loose power it’s very scary. Each time it went out for multiple days Aaron brought a portable generator so we were able to stay without worry.. He made sure everything important was working before he left. He made multiple trips from home to refill the generator. Now we have a whole home generator so should never happen again. Other jobs they have done is update electrical panel, ceiling fans, replaced an outlet, replaced our garage door opener. Another great thing is they know other companies to handle any work outside of their scope of knowledge. He referred me to a plumber who took care of replacing the hot water heater. I wish I would have found Artisan at the beginning of our updating instead of the end. Our original contractor took advantage of our age and lack of knowledge. We would have saved a lot of money and frustration. Now Artisan is my go to for everything. If they can’t do the job they will refer someone who can.
